FLOWERS
All of our
flowers are packaged in clear archival quality sleeves. Each packet has
a small label on the front indicating the Item/Order #.
The small packages priced at $1.15 each The sleeves are
always of the crystal clear type and are packaged in a manner suitable
for resale. They measure approx. 2 7/8"W x 5"H.
Bulk packages have a label on
the front indicating the Item/Order # . The sleeves are also crystal clear. They measure
approximately 3 3/4" x 5 3/4"H.
ALL packages are SEALED to prevent premature fading due to
humidity.
ORDER
PACKAGING
Packages
are taped on cardstock (8 1/2" x 5 1/2" or 8 1/2"
x 11") . This is then wrapped with up to 4 sheets of cover weight
paper. The order is then placed in a manila envelope for shipping. There are at least 5 layers protecting the flowers during
shipment. Any damaged flowers may be returned for credit towards future
purchases. If you require insurance, please request rates at the time of
your order confirmation.

Each sheet of
stickers is placed in a clear sleeve and sealed to prevent accidental
damage from dust and moisture.
From here the sheets are packaged the same as for the pressed flowers.
Shipping rates will vary depending on weight.

At this time
we are accepting web site orders from the on-line order forms and orders
via email to 'orders@bloomindelights.com'
or from the email links provided on most pages of the site. You may also
call 250-494-9411. Please leave your name and number so we can return
your call. However, please remember that Bloomin' Delights is NOT
a phone order company and as a result, we do not have staff to answer
your call directly.
ORDER
PROCESSING
OFFICE HOURS
Orders will be acknowledged 8 am
to 5 pm PST Monday to Friday
Within 24 hrs. Saturday & Sunday.
Invoices or payment requests will be sent at this time.
Once your
order is received it is processed on site.
You will receive an email acknowledging your order and confirming the
availability of the items you chose, the order total including shipping
costs and payment instructions for your preferred method of payment.
The majority of orders are shipped the day following payment.
For
New Customers Payment
must be received prior to shipping.
For
Existing Customers If
Bloomin' Delights has indicated in your order confirmation that the order
will be shipped prior to payment, then please note that payment is
expected just as quickly as you expect your shipment. Orders will not be
processed until full payment for any previous orders is received. This
service is provided to speed the delivery of your order, but it is NOT
intended to be abused and can be withdrawn at any time.
CHECKS
AND MONEY ORDERS
Money Orders
(non-postal) are recommended if you are a new customer. (Orders may be
held for check clearance.) Personal and business checks are accepted.
Email your shipping address to hold your order and mail your payment to
the address at the bottom of the page.
PAYMENTS
BY CREDIT CARD
CREDIT
CARD payments can be made on-line via our secure payment service. Bloomin' Delights is no longer processing
credit card payments by phone.

major credit cards, debit cards, etc): Bloomin' Delights will send you an
itemized emailed invoice with payment options.

(Most major
credit cards, debit cards, etc): Bloomin' Delights will email you a
request for payment with a link to PayPal. For those of you who have not
used this service before will find it easy to make your payment. Setting
up an account with PayPal is no longer required.
